(Object, Component<Range>). Provides a range slider component most similar to that seen in UF/BrowserUI. Note that custom .value_equation fields can be provided to customise the interpretation of the step (i.e. logarithmic/logistic step instead of linear). Steps still define the resolution and fidelity of the range overall.
